Is this free?
Yes. The search and alerts are free, and there is no obligation to buy with us.
How is this different from REALTOR.ca alerts?
A person sets it up and adjusts it, and you get notes from an agent who knows the area. You also see sold prices once you register.
Do I need to be pre-approved?
Not to start. When you are ready we can refer you to a mortgage broker so you know your budget before you fall in love with a home.
Can I change or stop the search?
Any time. Reply to any alert or tell us and we change it the same day.
Do you cover areas outside Edmonton?
Yes: St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Leduc, Beaumont, Fort Saskatchewan and acreages around the city.
