With his father, Mike Haupt, a prominent home builder at Landmark Group of Builders, and his mother, Lori Haupt, a top-performing mortgage broker at CIBC, Mathew’s foundation in real estate was built from the ground up.

Shanel is an Executive Assistant to Mathew Haupt, committed to delivering top-tier service to buyers and sellers. With a passion for real estate, market expertise, and client success, she ensures a seamless experience for every transaction.

A proud Edmontonian, Dane Phaneuf brings a wealth of expertise to the table as a trusted guide in both residential and commercial real estate. For the past 20 years, Nathan has proudly called Alberta and St. Albert home, where he and his wife, Meaghan, have raised their three children. A family man at heart, Nathan has spent countless hours at the hockey rink with his son, supported his daughter's musical performances—including the Alberta Children's Choir at the Winspear Centre—and now enjoys watching his youngest daughter practice equestrian jumping with her horse, Callie.

Mike Haupt is a proud father, husband, and "Agoo" (Opa/Grandfather) whose family is at the heart of everything he does. He and his wife, Lori Haupt, have raised three wonderful children: twin sons Mathew and Mark Haupt, and their daughter Jaclyn McLean (Haupt). His family has grown even more with seven cherished grandchildren—Max, Evan, Archer, Gray, Oakley, London, and Indiana—who affectionately call him "Agoo."
