Real estate is a family legacy for Mathew Haupt. Born and raised in Edmonton, he grew up around blueprints and job sites. His father, Mike Haupt, builds homes with Landmark Group of Builders, and his mother, Lori Haupt, is a mortgage broker with CIBC. Today Mathew is licensed in both residential and commercial real estate. He specializes in luxury homes, new construction, commercial and industrial property, and development land.

Shanel is an Executive Assistant to Mathew Haupt, committed to delivering top-tier service to buyers and sellers. With a passion for real estate, market expertise, and client success, she ensures a seamless experience for every transaction.

A proud Edmontonian, Dane Phaneuf brings a wealth of expertise to the table as a trusted guide in both residential and commercial real estate. For the past 20 years, Nathan has proudly called Alberta and St. Albert home, where he and his wife, Meaghan, have raised their three children. A family man at heart, Nathan has spent countless hours at the hockey rink with his son, supported his daughter's musical performances—including the Alberta Children's Choir at the Winspear Centre—and now enjoys watching his youngest daughter practice equestrian jumping with her horse, Callie.

Kayla is a dedicated real estate professional proudly serving the Edmonton community she has called home her entire life. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from MacEwan University, equipping her with a strong foundation in business strategy, negotiation, and client service.

Mike Haupt is a proud father, husband, and "Agoo" (Opa/Grandfather) whose family is at the heart of everything he does. He and his wife, Lori Haupt, have raised three wonderful children: twin sons Mathew and Mark Haupt, and their daughter Jaclyn McLean (Haupt). His family has grown even more with seven cherished grandchildren—Max, Evan, Archer, Gray, Oakley, London, and Indiana—who affectionately call him "Agoo."

Stephanie Richter is a dedicated residential and commercial real estate professional serving Edmonton and the surrounding communities, with experience spanning investment properties, acreages, multifamily assets, strip malls, and first-time home buyers.
