Filter Devon sold homes by price:
Sold prices come from the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton MLS® System. Board rules let us show sold details to registered users only, so create a free account (it takes a minute) to see addresses, sold prices and sold dates on every listing below.
Devon has older homes from the original planned town alongside newer subdivisions such as South Ravines, so compare a home with sales from the same part of town and a similar era. Then adjust for a river valley or green space lot, a finished basement and the garage. Because Devon has fewer sales than Edmonton neighbourhoods, look back six to twelve months if recent comparables are thin.

Recent sales are the best guide to what a home will sell for. Buyers use them to judge an asking price, and sellers use them to set one. Asking prices show what owners hope for; sold prices show what buyers actually paid.
