  • More than 20,000 parking spaces plus about 10,000 overflow.

Transit and what is new

  • Valley Line West: an elevated West Edmonton Mall station above a rebuilt transit centre on 87 Avenue. The guideway along 87 Avenue from 163 Street to 182 Street was finished in 2025; line completion is targeted for 2028.
  • 87 Avenue under the guideway is to be rebuilt mostly in 2026.
  • New at the mall: Museum of Illusions opened May 15, 2026, and track for a replacement roller coaster was taking shape in July 2026.
