  • From 23 Avenue south to Anthony Henday Drive, and from Gateway Boulevard east to Parsons Road.
  • Address: 1732 99 Street NW.
  • The 23 Avenue and Gateway Boulevard interchange was completed in September 2011.

Anchors and owners

  • Canadian Tire (a 140,000 sq ft two-floor store opened in 2015), IKEA, Cineplex, Rona+, Real Canadian Superstore and Walmart, plus Winners, HomeSense, Marshalls, Best Buy and Staples.
  • Cameron Development Corporation develops and operates the centre; RioCan owns the part with Moxies and Chick-fil-A.

Openings, transit and traffic

  • Recent openings: Uniqlo announced a store for fall 2025; Hot Topic opened and Club Pilates held a pre-opening event in May 2026; Winners opened and Chick-fil-A, SoftMoc, Kinjo and Specsavers were announced in 2024.
  • Transit: bus routes 512, 518 and 519. The nearest LRT is Century Park station on 111 Street just north of 23 Avenue.
  • Traffic: in 2024 the operator said visits were roughly back to pre-COVID levels.
  • There is no business improvement area for South Edmonton Common.
